I am struggling a fair bit with my weight loss goals during this Christmas period.
Most particularly, how do I stop baking and eating the Christmas treats that come my way?
The easiest thing is to say NO, right?
I find that I want to eat the Christmas cake, I want to bake ginger cookies and I want to have some pavlova (An NZ Dessert.)
If i deprive myself, I find that I wait till my husband falls sleep and then secretly eat the goodies.
If you have any tips that would be helpful please send my way.
Maybe I am over thinking as Christmas in December but maybe not?
