Turmeric Latte Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 tsp of Turmeric

1/2 tsp  of Ginger

1/2 tsp of Black Pepper

A heaping Teaspoon of Honey

A pinch of Cloves

A pinch of Salt

1 cup of Warmed Milk (Almond Milk is my preference)

1/2 cup of boiled water

Method

Mix all the Spices with milk and water.  Blend in a small blender until mixed.
If it is not sweet to your liking add more honey.

Serve with some extra turmeric on top, YUM!

Honestly, this is one of the easiest lattes to make, beats paying $6 dollars at the cafes and plus it literally takes 5 Mins to make (If you have all the ingredients lol)

Plus there are so many benefits to taking turmeric so why not?? In south eat Asia it is told that Turmeric is beneficial for your heart health, cancers and brings to reduce inflammation in our bodies, to me personally I find it helps my joints recover after a good workout 🙂
